Mustang (film)
Mustang is a 2015 internationally co-produced drama film directed by the Turkish female film director Deniz Gamze Ergüven. It was screened in the Directors' Fortnightsection at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival[3][4] where it won the Europa Cinemas Label Award.[5][6] Mustang is the first feature film directed by Deniz Gamze Ergüven.[7] It was selected to be screened in the Special Presentations section of the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival.[8] The film was selected as the French entry for theBest Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards.[9]
